Newborns (0-12 weeks)
The newborn stage is so sweet & snuggly, but it’s not for the faint of heart! Whether you’re waiting for your little one to arrive, or are right in the thick of it, preparing sleep foundations will take you a long way in getting everyone their rest. This is not a traditional ‘sleep training’ program, but a way to support, guide, and encourage healthy sleep habits, at a pace you’re cool with. I adhere to AAP Safe Sleep Guidelines.
